We Pride Ourselves In The Quality Of Our Products And Want Our Customers To Be Fully Satisfied With Their Purchases. We Understand That Sometimes, Items May Not Fit Properly Or May Arrive Damaged. As Such, We Have Developed The Following Returns Policy For Orders Placed On Our Website Within Sri Lanka:

Exchanges:

Any Product Purchased On Our Website (Excluding Innerwear) Can Be Returned Within 14 Days Of The Delivery Date. To Be Eligible For A Return, The Product Must Be Unused, In The Same Condition As It Was Received, And With All Tags And Labels Attached.

Damaged Products:

If You Receive A Damaged Product, Please Contact Our Customer Service Team Within 24 Hours Of Receiving Your Order. We Will Work With You To Resolve The Issue And Provide A Replacement, As Appropriate.

Product Does Not Fit:

We Strongly Encourage Our Customers To View Our Size Charts Before Making A Purchase To Ensure A Proper Fit. However, If You Receive A Product That Does Not Fit, You May Return It Within 14 Days Of The Delivery Date. We Will Provide A Coupon Or Exchange, As Appropriate, Once We Receive The Returned Product.

Return Process:

To Initiate A Return, Please Contact Our Customer Service Team At hello@pepperstreet.co With Your Order Number And Reason For The Return. We Will Provide You With A Return Authorization Number And Instructions For Returning The Product. Please Note That You Are Responsible For The Cost Of Return Shipping.

Refunds: 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT PROVIDE DIRECT REFUNDS ON PURCHASES.

INSTEAD, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO OFFER A COUPON CODE TO THE CUSTOMER AT OUR DISCRETION WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.

 

NOTE TO CUSTOMERS – STORE PICK UP POLICY

“You have selected our newly introduced store pickup shipping method, Here’s what you need to know.”

This option is not available for the cash on delivery payment method.

Store pick up option will only be available from 8.00am – 1.00pm on business days (Mon – Fri)

A 24 hour processing time will be applied from the time of placing the order.

Throughout this time period, our dispatch team will be packing and dispatching your order from our warehouse to the flagship store in L05 – One Galle Face Mall.

Your order will be ready for pick up the following day and you will receive a notification once it is ready for pick up.

Upon picking up your order you will be requested to show your order confirmation text message or email that was sent at the time of placing the order and provide the order number and signature for confirmation of receiving your order.
